really impressed with the shipping and how fast they arrived. great flavor, i take one in the am about 30 mins before i eat my breakfast . at night time i take 2 gummies about 1 hour before i go to bed , while i watch some tv, to unwind. i did have some issues placing the order , but i reached out to the online chat on the website , and they place gummies
