good product. poor customer service.
i accidentally ordered the wrong product when i signed up for a monthly subscription. i realized almost immediately, cancelled that order and sent an e-mail explaining what had happened and asking that the product not be shipped. i then went back in and ordered the correct product.

my only non-positive comment for information purposes, is the use of sugar (refined processed sugar) in the product. hopefully, your organization now knows that sane syrup can replace all of the other "sugars" used within five's product line. other than the introduction of sugar from your otherwise exceptional products; i must say the quality is o soul stealer
