Works well for sleep. Overall my sleeping has improved significantly, some nights I still wake up and struggle to go back to sleep but not nearly as frequently. The taste of the gummies could be improved!!

I think that these are working, however my daughter is having a adverse reaction to the melatonin. If her sleep pattern is not letting her sleep through the night. Not sure. The taste was a mix of grape flavoring & hemp leaves to me. It took a while to get used to it. Although this product has not kept me asleep throughout the night it does seem to produce some interesting dreams. CBD either has little effect on me for good sleep or I need a higher dose.
