I have used the 25 mg sleep capsules and the 10 mg relax bears. I love the relax bear gummies and could eat the whole bottle they taste so good. So......I thought I would switch from the 25 mg capsules to the gummies. The gummies don't compare in taste. These taste horrendous. Too herbal ,dirt tasting and very strong. I have to hold my nose and ea Good sleep but "Yuck"
