These are fantastic! I'll take anywhere from a 1/3rd to a 1/2 during the day, to keep stress free, for me they work well as a mood enhancer when taken like that. At night time, I'll take a little more to get a great nights sleep. If you just see what works for your body as far as in take they serve well

I was skeptical at first but the more I heard about them through my podcast I figured why not?! And wowzers do they really work. No more sleepless nights or being stressed out especially through the holiday season. I'm a firm believer and gave 5 stars!!
