Sweet sleep! I enjoy taking one about 30min before I’m ready for bed and it helps! It’s easy to fall asleep and very easy to go back to sleep if/when kids or cats wake me up in the night. Normally I would stay awake with my mind racing - I can go right back to sleep when I take a granddaddy before bed!
