I love these gummies - I used to have a lot of trouble falling asleep and these help immensely. I'm able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. They help me relax in the evenings too instead of a glass of wine, and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Favorite flavor and texture. One gummy before bed really helps with my sleep.
