I took one. About 45 minutes later I got this hot rush through my body and got clammy and my heart rate increased. I went outside to get some fresh air but felt too weird to stay out. Then nausea hit. I finally took a bath and tried to relax. Then the phase of the body high came. I laid down on my bed and crashed for 3 hours. I was extremely involved in my bathing process. It was some intense slow motion process. I think I need something with no THC perhaps???
