Excellent for my back and knee pain. Unlike the power capsules, the gummies *do not* upset my stomach or cause gastrointestinal issues! Taste is fine (not great), but I am not eating them for the flavor. They are fast acting and longer lasting then the powder, so they are absolutely worth the extra cost. I usually take 2-3 before I play bball or mow the lawn or do any other intense physical activity.

This is the third time ordering the gummies. I use them in combination with Kratom capsules or Kratom shots. As the result, I have been able to reduce the use of prescription medication for a herniated disc. Kratom really works!
