I can finally stay asleep!
I’ve been using the Full Spectrum Restful Night Bites for about 2 weeks now. I haven’t been a good sleeper for the last few years. I fall asleep no problem but once I wake up my mind races and there is no getting back to sleep regardless what time I wake up! Now that I’ve been taking the Full Spectrum Night Bites I actually sleep through the night I can finally stay asleep!

I have been using Full spectrum restful night bites for a little over a week now and my nights are no longer sleepless. After taken the bite at night it takes about 30 minutes to an hour before I start feeling sleepy and I have a good restful night sleep
