Restful Night Bites

I've stopped taking other OTC sleep aids and just use this one. I was taking at least, 2 melatonins, 2 Ibuprofen PM, and sometimes a sleep aid. I would get a terrible sleep, waking up throughout the night. Now, I just take one of these a night and sleep the whole night through. zzzzzz

I am a horrible sleeper! I toss and turn all night long with back pain. I've been taking restful night chews for the past 4 nights now. I am noticing that I am not as restless. I am falling asleep faster and staying asleep for longer periods of time.

I have tried many sleep aids . This product works . Fall asleep with ease . Wake not drowsy or feeling strange . Not bad tasting either . I would recommend this product

I have been struggling with sleeping for a while. I also have TMJ and struggle with mouth pain even with a night guard. I have been taking these for 2 weeks. Just one before bed. I have fallen asleep faster, stayed asleep longer, noticed a decrease in mouth pain and I do not wake up groggy.
