Vape Showdown: PAX 3 vs Arizer Solo 2

These two devices are both among the best portable dry herb vaporizers out there. We compared both to find which one is better.

The PAX 3 is one of the most advanced portable vaporizers manufactured to date. It features whole body digital temperature control, haptic feedback, and just about every other feature under the sun. Some of these features are sure to appear in this review alongside the Arizer Solo 2 – so stay tuned for that!

The PAX 3

You are looking at a vaporizer so advanced; it just might give your smartphone a run for its money. The user interface is as simple as the design is modern. With precise temperature control and an intuitive app, the PAX 3 will give you everything you want without sacrificing style.

The Arizer Solo 2

The original Arizer Solo was one of the first models released in the luxury vaporizer market and is still one of the most recommended. It is easy to see why it is still so highly rated with excellent features, such as vapor flexibility and a large chamber that will allow you to vape for hours without recharging.

The newest Solo 2 has upgraded features but retains the same great qualities.

Size & Design

The PAX 3 is tiny and portable. It measures less than 4 inches tall (10 cm) and just about 1 inch wide (2.5 cm). It fits easily in a pocket or purse, and its small size does not add much weight. The Solo 2 is more significant than the PAX 3. It looks more like a miniature tabletop but is still considered portable.

The Solo 2 presents several upgrades. This vaporizer is made of medical-grade materials. It comes with a ceramic oven and glass vapor path, assuring that you’ll get consistently clean, flavorful vapor every time.

Those who expect anything they can slip in their pocket and pull out from time to time will probably appreciate the stylish, compact, and sleek design of the PAX 3.

Usability

The Arizer Solo 2 is a portable vape that heats your material by way of convection and conduction. It reaches vaporization temperatures in three minutes or less. Unlike the PAX 3, the Solo 2 is for dry herb only.

The PAX 3 vaporizer heats to maximum temperature in less than 15 seconds, and you can adjust the temperature between 360°F and 420°F (182°C to 215°C), so it’s helpful in any scenario.

Plus, the smartphone app lets you customize heating profiles, making the device even more versatile.

Battery Life

The PAX 3 may be one of the most popular vaporizers of these times. However, it has a disadvantage over its counterpart in battery life. This vape can only provide 90 minutes of usage time.

The Solo 2, on the other hand, provides a battery life of 3 hours. This means double the battery capacity for more comfortable use.

Arizer has been known for its efforts in providing consumers with quality vaporizers at their most affordable prices. This Arizer portable and desktop vaporizer model works with an advanced and reliable heating element that uses far infrared technology. Far infrared technology gives you better flavor and cleaner air than convection, conduction, or impingement methods.

The Arizer Solo 2 has one of the largest laser-welded vapor chambers out of any portable vaporizer in the business. This means you can free up your session, enjoy that super-smooth experience, and get back to enjoying Mother Nature without feeling like you burned time!

Who Wins?

The PAX 3 and the Arizer Solo 2 are excellent products and would make valuable investments. Depending on your preference, these are great products to invest in, regardless of which one you go for. The PAX 3 offers the best of both worlds for some people – an excellent design for ease of use.

On the other hand, the Solo 2 is an excellent way to enjoy a heavy-duty structure and longer battery life. Either option provides excellent advantages and moments.
