My personal experience
I was disappointed with this product and will not be using it for the simple fact that the skewer does not hold the flower together and when packing the tie stick the device requires more than suggested and it is difficult to transfer flower into rolling leafs as well as obtain the recommended native leafs to use. This product was expensive and I prefer purchasing prerolled cigars over using this. Too much work for inadequate results.

Great product and friendly customer service.
I went with the personal mold and it is perfect. Really easy to use. They also have tons of videos and send emails how to troubleshoot common issues. The owner of the company also sends a personal email to see if you have any questions which is a nice touch as I like to support small and local businesses. I would highly recommend this product and company.

This thing is nice. Truly feel like a boss when you smoke these. Perfect for kicking back and watching some football. I got the personal, the perfect size for up to maybe 4 people. I like it to myself though. Definitely recommend this.
