I wàs told this is the best gummy for pain. Well, IT'S TRUE. I only take 1/2 a gummy each night and sleep thru the night. That is not an easy fix since I have gout, arthritis and fibromyalgia. And it relaxes me to the point that I don't remember falling asleep.
