gone are the nights hating to go to bed knowing that i would toss and turn most of the night and wake up exhausted! i take a 5mg gummy an hour before bedtime, and most of the time sleep comes easy. but, as a back-up, i can take the cbd oil with 2mg, additionally, to enhance the gummy, if needed. so far, it has not failed me.....and i have plen easy, restful sleep.....
