i cannot stress enough that if you're trying these for the first time, go slow! it takes a little while to kick in but if you've eaten more than 3, it'll hit you all at once and then you're totally incapacitated! the taste is a little off but that will help discourage you from eating the whole jar just because you have a sweet tooth. i am very hap awesome value

helps me fall asleep
