i have tried several different brands of cbd and i have found that five cbd is by far the most effective for me. i tried the 1500 mg. oil and i have noticed the difference with my sleep issues. they are not completely gone but a noticeable change. don't know if upping the dosage might help even more. i think the thc made the difference for me.
