The taste of the oil
The taste of the oil is surprisingly pleasant. The effectiveness is astounding. I take the recommended dose every night before bed --- Not only do I experience sleep like a baby but my aches and pains from my long days just disappear. If I didn't have my daily alarm set, I would surely continue sleeping

CBD in general keeps me
CBD in general keeps me from having nightmares and the full spectrum helps me sleep better. Sometimes I am able to sleep as long as six hours straight instead of waking up every hour and a half.

Absolutely great ,the lil THC gave this particular full spectrum big relevance to taking CBD in general for a good night sleep and daytime "calmness" in my case lil thc made that difference ..The others full spectrum I have been buying for quite some time Now , honestly they were a waste of money for
