Making Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil
Magical lotion starts with an infused base! Fortunately, infusing oil with a MagicalButter Machine is a snap. This recipe makes around two cups of Magical Coconut Oil. Use some for your lotion and save the rest for other infused treats and projects.
The High Moms use a MagicalButter Machine to infuse organic coconut oil.
Ingredients
7 grams of high-THC cannabis flower.
7 grams of high-CBD cannabis flower.
2 cups of organic coconut oil.
Directions
Step 1: Decarboxylate Your Cannabis
Preheat oven to 250℉
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread all cannabis flower evenly on baking sheet.
Add decarboxylated flower and coconut oil to your MagicalButter Machine.
Set temperature to 160℉
Set time for 2 hours.
Remove and strain.
Compost excess plant material or add it to brownies.
How To Make Cannabis-infused 1:1 THC CBD Lotion
There’s no need to leave home for some sensational self-care. Making your own cannabis-infused lotion is easy. If you know your way around a kitchen, then whipping up some Magic lotion is a snap.
Ingredients
½ cup Magical coconut oil
½ cup raw unscented cocoa butter
½ cup Shea Butter
½ cup Bee’s Wax
3 drops eucalyptus oil or essential oil of your choosing.
Directions
Combine ingredients in Magical Butter Machine.
Select the 130ºF Temperature button.
Select the 2 Hour Button
Remove lotion liquid from Magical Butter Machine and allow to cool to room temperature before chilling.
Chill the mixture until it thickens
Whip it with a hand mixer for a body butter consistency
Finally, spread it on and enjoy! Your lotion should keep for at least two weeks if stored in an air-tight container. Store the lotion in the refrigerator for an extended shelf life.
