Excellent. Only use 1/2 per dosing and keeps me on chill for hours. Just tap up with other half as necessary!

It did help me sleep a bit, but I was also more negatively responsive to unidentified noises once I had taken it. Thunder also startled me. Along the peripheral edges of my sight, I seemed to see no-solid images which would also startle me. The other problem is that it didn’t keep me asleep all night; I was groggy when I awoke. I don’t think I could have driven.I took a nap mid-morning. If what you’re looking for is the high, you’ll get it … probably lasted 12 hours with me. But if you want sleep, go for something like melatonin; it doesn’t give you that disassociated feeling

I liked how there was no hangover or fogginess. It helped calm me down and I liked the flavors.

These are great gummies great taste and a nice kick We have gotten these many times and are never disappointed. Definitely recommend (if these are your first gummies definitely start with a half can always take more but not less)

I expected some to knock my socks off, but nothing yet. It does matter how much you have eaten and when you take them... Overall decent but not mindblowing.
