1 Leaf Frozen Kale
3 Leaves Frozen Spinach
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Coconut Water
1 scoop Plant Based Gluten-Free Protein Powder
Dash of Cinnamon
1/2 - 1 tsp Warm & Crispy Medicated Coconut Oil (melted)
