Red, White and Blueberry popsicles perfect for the 4th of July!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup CannaHoney
1 cup Cannabis Almond Milk (or other milk)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon lime juice

Method

  1. Puree the raspberries, water and lemon juice together in a blender. Add 1/8 cup CannaHoney halfway through, continue blending until smooth.
  2. Pour raspberry puree through sieve and into a clean bowl. Discard seeds.
  3. Fill each popsicle mold 1/3 the way full with raspberry puree.
  4. Freeze popsicles for 1 hour.
  5. Mix Cannabis Almond Milk, yogurt and sugar together.
  6. Remove the molds from the freezer and fill each mold another 1/3 of the way with yogurt mixture.
  7. Freeze popsicles for 1 hour.
  8. Puree the blueberries, 1/8 cup water and lime juice together. Add 1/8 cup CannaHoney halfway through, continue blending until smooth.
  9. Pour blueberry puree through sieve and into a clean bowl. Discard seeds.
  10. Remove the molds from the freezer and insert a popsicle stick through the yogurt layer of each popsicle.
  11. Fill the molds with the blueberry puree, leaving a little room at the top (less than 1/2 an inch).
  12. Return to freezer and freeze until solid. Usually about 2 hours.
  13. Run molds under warm water before opening to loosen popsicles.
