Combining big rips with big riffs, the ChroniCaster guitar bong is a legend that has been mostly unsung, until now! You have to see this thing in action, because once you do, you will never see music the same way again.

About the ChroniCaster guitar bong

Designed by Joe Naylor at Reverend Musical Instruments, East Pointe, MI, this instrument isn’t just a play it once gimmicky piece. This hammer of the gods is designed to last! With 2 hotwired P-90 pickups, a “bullet-proof” clear plexiglass body, and sealed electronics so you can smoke and wail on this bad boy for years.

Mike Edison takes a rip from this thing, minus the water, and plays some notes, while his buddies have a laugh. Halley Berry nug is the herb of choice for this guitar he says Tommy Chong used in a movie made by High Times, which unfortunately never saw the light of day, and apparently this is some hardcore rock!

Mike Edison

You might know this fun-loving guy as the former editor of High Times magazine. He does a plug for his book, I Have Fun Everywhere I Go: Savage Tales of Pot, Porn, Punk Rock, Pro Wrestling, Talking Apes, Evil Bosses, Dorty Blues, American Heroes, and the Most Notorious Magazines in the World.

Since 2008, when this video was made, he has written Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! – Of Playboys, Pigs, and Penthouse Paupers, an American Tale of Sex and Wonder, been editor-in-chief of Screw magazine, written over 28 “adult” novels, worked for Penthouse Letters, and been a contributor to Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Spin, and the New York Press.

One thing is for sure. Mike Edison is a guy who has seen the world, from the gritty to the glamorous, and made sure to pick up some insane souvenirs and stories along the way.
