Make flamin’ hot mozzarella cheese sticks with cannabis-infused marinara sauce in a few simple steps:

Flamin’ Hot Cheese Sticks
1 lb block of mozzarella cheese
¾ Cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
3 TBSP whole milk
2 Cups Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, Takis or Hot Fries for breadcrumbs
1½ TSP garlic powder
1½ TSP onion powder
1 TSP dried basil
1 TSP dried oregano
1TSP dried parsley
1 TSP dried thyme
6 Cups vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Flamin’ Hot Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Cut mozzarella cheese into 3” by ½” pieces.
Place flour in a shallow dish for dredging, then whisk the eggs and milk together in another dish. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, parsley, and thyme in a third dish.
Working with one piece of mozzarella at a time, dredge each one in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere crumbs until cheese is fully coated. Repeat steps for a second coating. Transfer to a parchment-covered baking sheet, and repeat the process with remaining mozzarella sticks.
Transfer tray with mozzarella sticks to the freezer, chilling for at least 1 hour.
Fill a large pot with a neutral fry oil (vegetable oil is great), enough to fully cover the mozzarella as it fries (about 2 inches). Place pot over medium-high heat until your thermometer registers 350°F.
Working in small batches, fry 3-5 mozzarella sticks at a time, turning occasionally until golden brown and crisp, for about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt while still hot. Serve with a side of Marijuanara Sauce.

Marijuanara Sauce
28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
3 TBSP chopped fresh basil
1 TBSP dried oregano
1/4 Cup MagicalButter Infused Olive Oil

For the Cannabis-Infused Marinara Sauce
Add all of the sauce ingredients into the MagicalButter machine.
Secure the lid, then plug in your machine.
Set your temperature to 130°F then press the ‘1 Hour’ button.
Once the cycle is complete, the sauce is ready to serve!
