Plant Jam is the creation of David Yusefzadeh, a Michelin Star Chef who was balancing 80 hours a week working at restaurants while trying to manage his stress.

He was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2011 and believed that looking after his health meant he had to take prescription medications.

Six medications and two years on Remicade later, Yusefzadeh began looking into alternative medicine.

He had always enjoyed the social part of cannabis use, so he started looking for edibles to manage his physical and mental well-being.

He knew that something needed to change when he only found edibles with high-fructose corn syrup and artificial ingredients.

Now, Yusefzadeh’s Plant Jam company focuses on unique culinary creations infused with cannabis and made with all-natural ingredients.

Plant Jam strives to give back to the community, sow the seeds of tomorrow, and introduce consumers to a new kind of edible that won’t let them down.

Plant Jam’s Cloud Creamery features delicious ice creams and sorbets infused with full-spectrum cannabis oil.
