It is thought that unsweetened cranberry juice may be of great assistance in boosting metabolism and flushing toxins from the body, but what’s the scoop on that? 

Although there may be some studies where people have seen improved detoxing capacity, which already occurs naturally in our bodies, there isn’t enough to say it’s conclusive. It may just sound too good to be true.

Don’t swap out solid food for fruit juice dude! There are healthier alternatives that may overall improve your diet and boost your metabolism altogether. Cranberry juice, OJ, sparkling water, and a splash of apple cider vinegar are not going to be of much nutritional value.
