Recipe: THCV Brownies

It’s the most wonderful time of the year indeed: the perfect cold weather that pairs great with hot drinks and warm desserts… And who could resist a fan favorite, like brownies?

Or even better, THCV-infused brownies? This recipe will not only give you some yummy treats to snack on during the winter, but they’ll add enough spice to any and all reunions.

For the brownies, you’ll need: 

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups of  cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cups of powdered sugar 
  • 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of walnuts, diced into small pieces 
  • A couple of drops (to taste) of Lingua THCV+ tincture

You’ll need a medium pan (think 8×8 as the perfect size, but chose whichever you have at home), as well as parchment paper or butter to prep said pan.

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Add your butter and some flour to your pan or parchment paper if that’s your choice. 
  2. Then, mix all your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. After they’ve been thoroughly incorporated, add the “wet” ones, a.k.a. the eggs, vanilla extract, and drops of your Lingua THCV+ tincture. Add at the end—the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  3. Carefully add the mixture to your pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes (remember to keep an eye on them! Let’s avoid any accidents). To check if the brownies are already cooked, you can stick a small toothpick into the pan, and if it comes out clean, then they’re done!
  4. Serve and enjoy! Feel free to add some whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or dunk them into a warm glass of milk.
