A clean PAX is a happy PAX, and a happy PAX means a happy stoner.

How To Clean The PAX 3 Vaporizer

The renowned PAX 3 device comes with its own maintenance kit. This includes;

  • A wired brush that gets into the little nooks and crannies
  • A few pipe cleaners for final swabbing and wiping

Hopefully, you didn’t toss the kit. If so, you can grab another on PAX’s website

If you’ve read this far, chances are you’ve never cleaned your PAX 3. Don’t stress; it’s better late than never. With the easy steps below, you can still make those draws as smooth and flavorful as your first tokes.

If you’ve never cleaned your PAX before, the company suggests doing a “deep clean.” After that, regular maintenance with routine light cleaning works.

Below are items you’ll need to clean your PAX 3;

  • The PAX maintenance kit that comes with the device (wired brush + pipe cleaners)
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • A cotton swab
  • A small bowl
  • A paper towel or cloth

Next, follow the steps below.

  1. Take your PAX 3 and remove the mouthpiece and the oven lid.
  2. Take your wire brush and dip it into the isopropyl alcohol. Then, shake or squeeze off the excess alcohol.
  3. Stick the brush into the device’s air path until the oven screen pops out from the bottom.
  4. Take your small bowl and fill it with enough alcohol to submerge your mouthpiece and oven screen. Don’t put your oven lid inside the bowl. Let them soak for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Take one of your pipe cleaners and insert it into the PAX’s airpath, swiping away any residue throughout the vapor tunnel.
  6. Next, take a cotton swab and dip it into the alcohol. Use the swab to clean the PAX’s interior oven at the bottom and the area on top.
  7. Take your oven screen and mouthpiece from the alcohol bowl and let them dry completely.
  8. Pop all the pieces back into the device, and voila, your PAX 3 is as good as new.
