Cycling Frog Seltzer Review 2024 – Cran Razz Limited Release

I used to think weed drinks were a waste of time.

Most cans came with the standard 10mg that barely lifted my mind off the ground. 

As someone who typically reaches for joints or a dab pen, 10mg just doesn’t hit the mark. I’ve tried it all—edibles, drinks, you name it—and honestly, I’d started to believe my tolerance was just too high for these kinds of products.

So when I came across Cycling Frog’s 10mg cans at a buddy’s place, I didn’t have high expectations. But then I tried one. 

Let’s just say, I was quickly humbled.

I’m not a huge alcohol fan. The bitter taste has never been my vibe, and the idea of sipping a THC seltzer sounded like a terrible time, especially when I could just smoke up instead.

But then my buddy convinced me to try the Cran Razz seltzer from Cycling Frog, apparently one of their best flavors.

Let’s start with the can. The artwork, designed by Brian Steely (@briansteely), drew me in immediately. It’s got this trippy, intricate design that instantly gives off “you’re about to have a good time” energy. 

I cracked open the can and got hit with the subtle smell of berries. The first taste was strong. I expected bitterness but instead got a tart cranberry flavor that had a smooth sweetness without feeling overly artificial like tons of drinks do. 

I was shocked at how quickly it hit. Within 10 minutes, I felt the buzz creeping in. By the 30-minute mark, I was fully high. And two and a half hours later, I was still riding the wave. For me, I felt completely blissed out,—like a calm slap of relaxation that didn’t leave me glued to the couch or jittery. It was that perfect middle ground: mellowed out but with a low-key spark of energy. Kind of like when you hit a perfectly balanced hybrid.
