Does THC-O Really Make You Trip?

Let’s find out the truth about “psychedelic weed.” Created with Binoid.

As someone who dabbles in the art of psychedelics and cannabinoids, from my own experience, I can certainly say that you will definitely feel heavily medicated with THC-O.

If your tolerance is about the same level as Wiz Khalifa or Snoop Dogg, then you probably need a lot to get you on the moon.

Luckily, with the way science has been advancing, we are finding out more about the little millions of cannabinoids that make up that sweet, sweet ganja flower.

In recent decades, scientists have been able to study this part of nature, and I say nature because some people seem to confuse cannabis with LSD and heroin.

Psilocybin is why epiphanies are a thing, but you don’t see that next to the most wanted list.

Moving forward, if you’ve ever had the pleasure of indulging in some shroomalisous activities, then you may have an idea of what THC-O feels like.

As all weed-related stories go, everything being discovered “recently” has actually been around for a few decades; the more natural ones have been around for thousands of years.

THC-O is one of the latest cannabinoids to hit the market and it already has made a name for itself for supposedly being psychoactive.

That’s why we teamed up with Binoid, a brand that specializes in developing THC-O products, to find out the truth about how trippy this cannabinoid actually is.

What Is THC-O?

THC-O acetate, or THC-O, is a synthetic chemical twin of THC. That means that although THC-O is a cannabinoid, it’s not entirely naturally occurring and can be safely manufactured through specific cannabis equipment. A series of heavy extractions are required to generate THC-O

THC-O’s appeal lies in its potency and its legal status. About three times as potent as Delta 9 THC and five times more potent than Delta 8. However, knowing it is a synthetic substance should already give you an idea of what this cannabinoid is capable of.

Because it’s derived from federally legal hemp, THC-O products are growing in popularity in states where Delta 9 THC is not legal.

Effects Of THC-O

The concept of having more than one type of THC cannabinoid is well-established at this point. Though it takes a bit longer to kick in, that kick is definitely more powerful than you’d expect.

THC-O produces a very similar high to other forms of weed, but with a much more psychedelic twist to it.

Moderate doses are a little psychedelic in the visuals that it creates, while higher doses can leave you cemented to the couch, or running a few hours on a treadmill, depending on the strain.

But does THC-O really make you “trip”? For those new to the world of psychedelics, this may be the place to start. THC-O has a lot of the same trippy effects as magic mushrooms, obviously not as intensely, but definitely leans into the cerebral mind fuck.

If you’ve been itching to take a trip, maybe one that doesn’t last all day, THC-O can take you there.

Binoid has a huge selection of THC-O products that stand out from the bunch for their product variety and quality.

They’ve dedicated years to developing the knowledge necessary to formulate, source, and produce the highest quality products in the industry.

Benefits Of THC-O

With all the laws surrounding cannabis in general, in-depth research is a little scarce. Though more studies are needed, we can see, as with all other cannabinoids, there are no long-term effects of THC-O.

Suckishly, that means there are no significant health benefits either, at least not that we know of.

Consumers are beginning to look beyond what’s currently available at the lineup of potentially new, distinct forms of THC on the horizon.

Comparatively, THC-O sounds to have less medicinal properties than THC, but this has not been proven.

Pros & Cons

Of course, the best part would be the little trip you get to take when enjoying THC-O. Some of the negatives are the same downsides as regular THC: cottonmouth, light munchies, sleepy bones, etc.

Depending on how you feel about tripping balls in general, THC-O can either be your new best friend or just something you would rather avoid. It can be intense for first-time users but a great place to start experimenting.

Some more positives can be found with Binoid and their vast selection of THC-O products.

They provide up-to-date certificates with every batch of products we produce. Their mission is to provide safe, pure, and effective cannabis products.

Overall

There is much research that still needs to be done. For now, if you do feel the need to try THC-O, we highly recommend doing a bit of your own research first.

Drugs are more fun when you know how to take them.

A good place to start would be Binoid and their vast variety of THC-O products.

Best THC-O Products To Try Its Effects

We know trying a new cannabinoid might be a little difficult, since having a newcomer can be confusing. For this we gathered a small list so you can try the THC-O effects without having to feel lost in the giant sea that the cannabis space is.

DazeD8

If the psychedelic and tripping effects are something you are curious about, we fully recommend going for a brand that values high quality to get the best out of THC-O. One of the biggest brands out there with high quality and innovative value is DazeD8.

This Kentucky-based brand does everything in-house, from indoor cultivation, handpicking buds, and trimming, to the distillation process. And one of the star products right now is their hefty 1 Gram THC-O Cartridges.

Filled with super high-quality Delta 8 distillate, these carts offer the pure and intended effects of both Delta 8 and THC-O. The company’s distillate is in-house cured, packed with terpenes, and contains the best quality of THC-O on the market.

These carts work with a 510 battery and are available in five different strains and flavors: Orange Push Pop, Pink Champagne, Blueberry Donut, Berry Pie, and Guava Ice. They are all full of flavor with enriched terpenes, providing sweet and smooth tokes due to their dual ceramic core.

If you want to try THC-O, DazeD8 is your best bet due to its third lab party testing and superb product quality. You can check out their store, full of cannabis-based D8 and other cannabinoid products here.
