If you have a ton of kief and aren’t sure what to do with it, consider making DIY hash with a hair straightener and parchment paper. This process is incredibly easy and mess-free. The end result is best for bowls.

Simply place some kief on a small sheet of parchment paper and fold it into a square. Wrap that square around another small sheet for maximum protection. With your hair straightener on its lowest setting, place the parchment paper-wrapped kief between the clamps, rotating until it danks.

Unfold the paper, scrape the kief off, and roll it into a ball. Voila! Here’s an easy, cost-effective way to get super stoned without any flower.

This is an ultimate trifecta. If you’re not willing to cover the outside of your joint with shatter and kief, mix it beforehand, and roll your joint.

Mind you, the process may get a bit messy, but it’s so worth it in the end. Simply take your ground flower, pour a small amount of heated and sticky shatter over top, and add kief to the mix. Stir it with a chopstick or something you can discard after, and place it onto your rolling paper.

From there, roll the joint and spark up. This is one way to make an infused joint without using shatter or kief on the joint’s exterior. Pro-tip, this can be used for bowls too!

Just ensure you’re not using too much shatter, or the joint won’t burn. A pinky fingernail’s worth will do the trick.
